Booking software for trampoline parks

Booking software for UK trampoline parks: jump sessions, family waivers and parties in one system.

Sessions sold from a shared pool of places, parents watching without taking a jumper's place, one waiver signature for a whole family, party packages in the order you choose, and passes for the regulars.

Built inside a working rage room and axe throwing venue in Kent.

The questions your team answers every day

“Do I need to book a place to watch?”

Your own guest types decide who uses a place: a spectator can be booked without taking a jumper's place, and spectators added at the door are recorded at check-in.

“I have three children with me. Do we all sign?”

One adult signs once for the whole family, naming the children on the same signature, and a guardian who is not jumping can sign for a child. Booking the same session again, while their waiver is still your current one and in date, needs no second signature.

“Can the little ones jump with an adult?”

Guest types carry their own ages, and rules such as "a child needs an adult" or no more than four children per adult are applied as people book, with the message telling them exactly how many adults they need.

“Saturday at ten is full.”

Customers can join a waitlist for a full session, and the front of the queue is offered a place, with a link to claim it, the moment one frees up.

A busy door, without the queue

Waivers are signed before the visit or from a QR code at the door, and a signature finds its own booking from a reference or any name on it. Guests can check themselves in with a QR poster, and nobody can be checked in until their waiver is signed.

Parties, packaged

A party package is a product of its own with its own price, and you choose the order its activities run in. Extras such as grip socks are offered when they book, with stock control, and the till sells the rest on the day.

Quiet hours and the regulars

Rates can change by season, day of the week or event, early-bird and last-minute discounts fill the quiet hours, and passes and fixed-term memberships keep the regulars coming back, renewing themselves with a week's notice.

What a trampoline park gets

  • Jump sessions sold from a shared pool of places
  • Spectators who do not take a jumper's place
  • Guest types with their own ages and adult rules
  • One waiver signature for a whole family
  • Waivers that carry over to a repeat visit while in date
  • Kiosk signing and QR self-check-in
  • Party packages with their own running order
  • Grip socks and other extras, with stock control
  • A waitlist for full sessions
  • Off-peak rates, early-bird and last-minute discounts
  • Passes, credits and fixed-term memberships
  • An accident book and a live emergency register

What it does not do. There are no wristbands, and memberships that roll on month by month are still to come (fixed-term ones that renew are here). A paid extra can be offered but never made compulsory, so grip socks are sold as an extra, at the till or inside the ticket price. And no trampoline park runs VenueBookr yet: the shared-pool sessions a park depends on are built, but the venue it was built inside books whole rooms and lanes.

Questions venues ask

Can a jump session be sold by the hour?
Yes. A session can be priced per person or per booking, and a "by guest type" product can charge by the hour, with every rate on it multiplying by the length of the slot.
Can we sell tickets for a one-off event?
Yes. Events are sold from a fixed number of tickets with a live count of what is left.
How much does it cost?
£299 a month per venue, with every feature included and no commission on your bookings. Each extra site is £209.30 a month. There is a one-off onboarding fee of £195, and two weeks of onboarding with us before your first bill. Text messages are the one extra: pay-as-you-go at 7p a text. Pricing and the early venue offer.
Can you bring over our existing bookings and customers?
Yes. Send us the export from your current system and we bring it across for you: customers, products, future bookings and outstanding gift vouchers, whose codes keep working. A person reads the file before anything lands in your account. We do it with you as part of onboarding.
Where does the money go?
Card payments run through Square or Stripe, connected to your own account, so your money settles straight to you. Staff can also record cash, card-machine, deposit and invoice payments against a booking. How Square works with VenueBookr.
How does VenueBookr compare?
