Booking software for rage rooms

Booking software for UK rage rooms, built inside one.

Rooms booked whole and priced per room, groups too big for one room booked as one, waivers signed before anyone reaches the door, and the photos waiting on their booking afterwards.

Built inside a working rage room and axe throwing venue in Kent.

The questions your team answers every day

“There are eleven of us. Can we all go in together?”

Rooms are booked whole and priced per room, so a party of five in rooms of three books two rooms and pays for two. A group too big for one room can be booked across back-to-back sessions as one booking — one payment, one guest list — where you have said that room can run twice.

“Have they all signed?”

Each adult signs on their own phone before the visit, and one signature can cover the children with them. Everybody's age is shown beside their name, and nobody can be checked in until their waiver is signed.

“Can I add a crate of plates?”

Extras are offered beside each room — the ones you choose, at the price you set — and a shorter session can be sold only as an upgrade to a room already booked, so it never undercuts your full price.

“Can we get the video?”

Photos, videos, a song or a certificate added to a booking by your team appear on the customer's own booking page, ready to download, with their signed waivers beside them.

The Day Plan in the demo venue on a full Sunday: every session from 10:00 with its guests, check-ins and a line for the time now

A room is a room

Every booking takes the whole room it needs, and a changeover gap after each session gives your team time to sweep up before the next group. A room out of action can be taken offline at once, or for a set window — every Monday morning for the deep clean, say — and customers see it as unavailable rather than a time you cannot run.

The booking page on a phone: an activity chosen and the total shown before checkout

Booked on a phone, the price shown before they pay

Customers pick the room, the time and the extras on their phone, see the total before checkout, and can book a rage room and axe throwing in one visit, one payment.

Waivers sorted before the door

The waiver asks who it is for first — just me, me and someone under 18, or someone under 18 — and a guardian can sign for a child. A photo and video consent question can be asked separately, never pre-ticked.

What a rage room gets

  • Per-room pricing, or per person, or per booking
  • Groups bigger than a room, booked as one
  • Changeover time between sessions
  • Rooms taken offline for repairs or cleaning
  • Extras, and upgrades that only sell with a room
  • Rage and axes in one visit, one payment
  • Digital waivers with ages and photo consent
  • Photos, videos and songs on their booking page
  • Gift vouchers, online and as cards you print
  • Everyone pays their own share with PayMyBit
  • Your real reviews shown among your rooms
  • A red L when a party is running late

What it does not do. A room priced per room cannot be listed on GetYourGuide — the marketplace sells per person and per group — so a per-room booking stays on your own booking page.

Questions venues ask

Can a group take two rooms at once?
Yes. A party is given as many rooms as it needs from that room type, and you can set which rooms go together so a group ends up side by side.
Can we sell a smash-and-throw combination?
Yes, two ways: customers can book both in one visit, back to back with your changeover time, or you can sell a package with its own price and the order you choose.
How much does it cost?
£299 a month per venue, with every feature included and no commission on your bookings. Each extra site is £209.30 a month. There is a one-off onboarding fee of £195, and two weeks of onboarding with us before your first bill. Text messages are the one extra: pay-as-you-go at 7p a text. Pricing and the early venue offer.
Can you bring over our existing bookings and customers?
Yes. Send us the export from your current system and we bring it across for you: customers, products, future bookings and outstanding gift vouchers, whose codes keep working. A person reads the file before anything lands in your account. We do it with you as part of onboarding.
Where does the money go?
Card payments run through Square or Stripe, connected to your own account, so your money settles straight to you. Staff can also record cash, card-machine, deposit and invoice payments against a booking. How Square works with VenueBookr.
