Escape room booking software for UK venues, keeping one team in one room.
One team per room, prices that change with the size of the team, reset time between games, a game master named on every booking, and a waiver with each room's own wording.
Built inside a working rage room and axe throwing venue in Kent.

Screens from our demo venue. Every name in them is made up, because we take privacy seriously.
The questions your team answers every day
“Can we book the whole room just for us?”
A booking takes the whole room, and a guard stops another team being booked into it — or into the reset time the next game needs — however the booking is made.
“There are only three of us. Is it cheaper per head with six?”
Set a team size range and tiered prices, and customers see the price for their team before they choose a time. They can start with how many are coming, and rooms that cannot take that team say why.
“Who is running room two at seven?”
A game master is recorded on every session, and each room can name a usual one who is filled in when the team checks in.
“We are a team of twenty from work.”
Build the visit as a quote with real rooms and times, hold the rooms for the days you choose, and turn it into a booking when they accept. A company can give its VAT number when it books.
How it runs

Every room, every game, on one screen
The Day Plan shows every booking with its team, who has checked in and what is still to pay. Pair rooms so a big group playing head to head is put in rooms side by side.

One waiver, each room's own words
Write a room's clause once on its category and every room in it uses it; one signature covers the whole visit. Each adult signs on their own phone before they arrive.

The team photo, on their booking
Photos and files your team adds to a booking appear on the customer's own booking page, ready to download, beside the signed waivers and the receipt.
What an escape room gets
- One team per room, with a double-booking guard
- Team sizes and prices that fall as teams grow
- Reset time between games
- A game master recorded on every booking
- Rooms paired for head-to-head groups
- Waiver clauses written once per room type
- Team photos on the customer's booking page
- Corporate quotes that hold the rooms
- A red L when a team is running late
- A waitlist when a room is full
- Gift vouchers for a room or an amount
- A slot held while the customer pays
What it does not do. VenueBookr runs the bookings and the day, not the game: it has no hint screens, room timers or leaderboards. And it was built inside a rage room and axe throwing venue, so no escape room runs it yet — we would rather say so here than at the demo.
