Everything a leisure venue runs on.

Your bookings shouldn't be the hardest part of running your venue.

VenueBookr brings bookings, payments, waivers, resources and day-to-day venue operations into one system — built around the way leisure venues actually work.

Built inside a working leisure venue.

The VenueBookr dashboard in the demo venue: today's visits, guests expected, check-ins and money taken, with the bookings still to pay

Screens from our demo venue. Every name in them is made up, because we take privacy seriously.

Built for venues that sell time, space and experiences.

If customers book sessions on real rooms, lanes, courts, bays, rigs or other limited resources, VenueBookr is designed for the operational problems behind the booking.

Every booking is checked against the rules behind it: capacity, resources, buffers, group sizes and pricing.

Customer booking

Customers only see times your venue can genuinely fulfil. Group sizes, guest types, resources, buffers and pricing rules are handled before the booking reaches your team.

The Day Plan in the demo venue on a full Sunday: every session from 10:00 with its guests, check-ins and a line for the time now

Day Plan

One operational view of today's bookings, arrivals, payments and assigned hosts. Check customers in without digging through a calendar or opening individual reservations.

The assets view in the demo venue: each booking placed in its own room, lane or track across the day

Resources

Put every booking onto the real room, lane, bay or other resource it uses. VenueBookr respects capacity, maintenance and changeover time.

Waivers

Digital waivers can be completed before arrival, including family groups and age information, so the front desk isn't chasing paper while the next session queues.

Small booking problems become expensive venue problems.

“There are 15 of us.”

VenueBookr can calculate when the capacity exists across consecutive sessions and keep the group together under one booking.

“Can I move my booking?”

Customers can manage permitted changes themselves instead of starting another email or phone conversation with your team.

“Which lane are they on?”

Bookings are allocated to real resources, with capacity and buffers respected.

“Have they signed the waiver?”

Waiver status sits with the booking, ready before the customer reaches the desk.

VenueBookr's founder at the door of a rage room in the venue he runs

Built inside a working venue.

VenueBookr started inside a working leisure venue, to run it the way it actually runs.

It was developed alongside that venue's day-to-day running: taking bookings, allocating rooms and lanes, collecting waivers, checking customers in, taking payments and running the floor.

That is why details such as changeover buffers, spectators, group capacity, guest ratios and actual physical resources are part of the system from the start.

One system around the whole visit.

Questions venues ask

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us directly and a person replies.

What types of venue is VenueBookr for?
Session-based leisure venues — family entertainment centres, trampoline parks, soft play, escape rooms, laser tag, mini golf, climbing, karting, axe throwing, rage rooms and multi-activity centres. Basically anywhere that sells tickets, activities or fun. If you run bookable sessions with real capacity and safety rules, it fits — if it's bookable, it's VenueBookrable.
How much does VenueBookr cost?
£299 per month per venue — every feature included, no per-feature add-ons and no commission on your bookings. Text messages are the one extra: they are pay-as-you-go at 7p a text (a long message counts as two). Each extra site is £209.30 a month, 30% off. There's a one-off onboarding fee of £195, and two weeks of onboarding with us before your first bill. We're new, and our first venues are taking a chance on us — so sign up by 31 December 2026 and it's half price until the end of 2027. The first three pay nothing at all.
Can you move our existing bookings and customers?
Yes — send us the export from your current system and we bring it across for you: customers, products, future bookings and outstanding gift vouchers, whose codes keep working. A person reads the file before anything lands in your account. We do it with you as part of onboarding.
Which countries does VenueBookr support?
The UK, Canada and the United States. Your account is set to your country once, and everything follows it: the currency, the date and the clock, the words for an address and a phone number (postcode or ZIP code, county, province or state), the tax's own name, the paper your documents print on (A4 or Letter), the age a guest signs their own waiver, and the gift-voucher expiry rules — never in Canada, at least five years in the US, twelve months by default in the UK.
Which payment providers can we use?
Card payments run through Square or Stripe — your choice — connected to your own account, so your money settles directly to you. Staff can also record cash, card-machine, deposit and invoice payments against a booking.

We’d pick Square. It runs your online bookings and your counter card machine from one account, so a day’s takings reconcile in one place. Stripe does the online half just as well, and you can connect both. How Square works with VenueBookr.
How does onboarding work?
Personally. Every venue is onboarded by us — we configure your products, pricing, waivers and policies around how you actually run, together. You also get a dedicated account manager — a real person you can actually speak to, who knows your venue and your setup, guides you through it and is there when you need them.
