Axe throwing booking software for UK venues, built inside a venue that throws.
Lanes booked whole and kept side by side for a group, your age rules applied as people book, a coach named on every session, and the bar and the lanes on one system.
Built inside a working rage room and axe throwing venue in Kent.

Screens from our demo venue. Every name in them is made up, because we take privacy seriously.
The questions your team answers every day
“Can the twelve of us be next to each other?”
A group that needs more than one lane is given lanes you have paired, so it ends up side by side rather than scattered. If one party overruns, move the next one to another lane on the planner and the rest of their visit stays where it was.
“My son is fifteen — can he throw?”
Your own guest types carry their own ages — Adult aged 14 and over, say — with rules such as no more than four children per adult, applied as people book and explained to them. A parent signs the waiver for the under-18s with them.
“Who is coaching lane three?”
A host is recorded on every session from the Day Plan, and each activity can name a usual host who is filled in when the party checks in. The rota can say which skills an activity needs on shift.
“Can we put the drinks on the lane?”
A tab can be opened for the party or for a lane, and a QR code on the table lets people order and pay from their phone — an age-restricted drink is checked when it is handed over.
How it runs

Lanes, not a calendar
Each booking takes the lanes its party needs from that activity's own lanes, with a changeover gap after it. Price it per lane, per person, per booking or by the hour, with tiered prices for bigger groups and different rates for quieter days.

The briefing starts on time
A red L with the minutes appears beside any party that has not arrived by the time they were told, on every view of the Day Plan, so the coach knows the group is eleven minutes into its hour.

The bar on the same system
The till sells your drinks and food with stock control, runs tabs per party or per lane, and sends what needs making to your bar and kitchen screens.
